I share evidence based, mind body approaches to calm the nervous system, build resilience, and support wellbeing.
As the founder of Body Mind Heart Training® and Co-Founder of The Yoga Impact Charity, I work with healthcare professionals and community leaders who want to integrate evidence based, mind body techniques in their work.
I take a practical, nurturing, and inclusive approach, blending holistic practices with evidence based tools for nervous system regulation and self care.

Body Mind Heart Training® is a 200 hour trauma informed yoga program offered in Melbourne and online. It provides powerful tools to support your own healing while equipping you to confidently integrate evidence based yoga into your professional work and community settings. Grounded in the growing research demonstrating yoga’s positive impact on psychological and physical wellbeing, our methodology weaves together yoga, somatic therapy, and psychology and is continually informed by the latest evidence.
At Yoga Impact Charity, we partner with not for profit organisations, government bodies, and schools to deliver evidence based yoga programs in diverse communities. Our mission is to support the mental and physical wellbeing of people who have experienced trauma by providing worldclass, research informed trauma informed yoga trainings and programs that are accessible, ethical, and community centred.
