MEET DANIELLE BEGG

Sharing science backed, trauma informed practices that empower healthcare workers & community leaders to spark change in their lives and the world.

I work with healthcare professionals and community leaders who want to bring mind body approaches into their work. Through practical techniques grounded in science, I help them create spaces that support both the people they serve and themselves.

I marry my academic background in Psychology and Social Policy with my experience leading trauma informed yoga trainings, events, retreats & programs around the world. Despite increasing evidence that mind body practices improve mental and physical wellbeing, they are rarely integrated into healthcare or educational systems. I wanted to change that. The wisdom of the Yoga world aligns beautifully with scientific understanding, yet many people do not have access to this knowledge. Our programs combine research informed practices with real world application, offering healthcare workers a pathway to bring mind body techniques into their work and communities.

MY VISION

HELPING YOU NOURISH YOURSELF TO NOURISH THE WORLD.

A person wearing a white blouse, glasses, and jewelry, lying on their back on a light-colored hardwood floor in a yoga or meditation pose with their hands resting on their chest, facing upward.

My work is rooted in the ripple effect.

When you take care of yourself, you can pour into others with intention.

While the Body Mind Heart 200 Hour Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher Training and events offer powerful tools to support your own healing journey, many people are drawn to the opportunity to integrate these practices into their professional work. Our model provides the opportunity for you to bring embodied techniques directly into diverse communities through joining The Yoga Impact Charity teaching team, or to incorporate them into your work as a healthcare professional.

If you want a safe, supportive space to connect with peers, share experiences, build lasting friendships, and continue growing, both personally and professionally, you’re in the right place.
